I must confess right from the start that Armani Beauty is among my favorite beauty brands and their Georgio Armani Luminous Silk Blushes do not disappoint. Whether it’s their Luminous Silk Cheek Tint, Glow Blush, or even the Foundation, every product is a pleasure to use. I’ve written about the Glow Blush before, but not combined with their liquid Cheek Tint. My Personal Experience with Armani Luminous Silk Glow Blush and Armani Luminous Silk Cheek Tint
As I write this, I’m wearing all three Luminous Silk products - Foundation, Cheek Tint and Glow Blush. After five hours, they still look as fresh as they did this morning, including the blush, which is usually the first to fade. They are so very pretty - alone or together. Better than I had expected! So luminous, not over the top, but a sweet, gentle glow. These are keepers y’all!

How to Use
Cheek Tint: I use the applicator to dab on the back of my hand, then load up the brush. I make little circles in the palm of my hand with the brush to evenly spread it out on the brush. Beginning around the outside edge below the iris of the eye I start patting with my brush up and outward to my hair line. Lightly back and forth until I think it’s just right. This is a lovely light liquid which is quite forgiving for how pigmented it is. It’s truly like using a beautiful wash of watercolor. I’ve been fooled by liquid blushes many times, and they took forever to blend or looked splotchy no matter what I did. As long as you load the brush and spread it evenly in the palm of your hand you should have no problems.
Glow Blush: I gently load the brush to ensure the brush bristles are evenly loaded with the blush and tap off any excess. At this point, I’ve taken to lightly tapping the powder right around the apple of my cheeks in a circular motion and then blending the rest into the liquid blush so there is no “line” between the two.
Blend: Lightly dust across the top of the forehead, bridge of the nose, and the chin for a natural, radiant look.
Additional Application Tips for Mature Skin
Prep Your Skin: Start with a hydrating moisturizer to plump up the skin and reduce fine lines. Follow with a smoothing primer.
Less is More: With mature skin, use a small amount of product and build up gradually to achieve the desired intensity.
Use the Right Tools: Use a synthetic brush or damp beautyblender for liquid blush; a fluffy brush for powder blush.
Highlight Sparingly: Choose a finely milled formula and apply on high points of the face, if you love highlighter.
Set Your Makeup: Use a hydrating setting spray like Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray. Others can be very drying.
